With the technique of Appeartex, companies can modify materials and surfaces which give them durable protection against bacteria that do not change the original characteristics of the material.

All of the Appeartex modified products will be labelled with a seal which verify the Appeartex technology.

Appeartex performs the customer optimisation process for a price specified in advance, which depends entirely on the complexity of the material.

Quotations and schedules are submitted individually for each application and customer.

The customer’s material is also validated using Appeartex standardised test methods with regard to its ability to capture bacteria and thus reduce bacterial dispersion. The validation test is conducted in consultation with the customer, and can be set up in such a way that an unmodified product can be compared with a product modified with Appeartex
